This study aims to evaluate the suitability of landscape and visitor circulation at RSUD Al Ihsan, Bandung Regency, based on the principles of Green Architecture using a mixed-method approach and the Greenship Rating Tools version 1.2 developed by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The research applies a sequential explanatory design, with a quantitative analysis conducted first using scoring indicators from the Appropriate Site Development (ASD) category, followed by a qualitative approach to explore user perceptions regarding environmental comfort. The results indicate that the hospital's site sustainability performance remains relatively low, with an average score of 56.25 out of 100. The most critical aspects include the drainage system (ASD 4) and circulation connectivity (ASD 3), which are found to be unfriendly to disabled users and lack clear wayfinding systems. Interview data revealed that over 60% of respondents expressed discomfort, particularly due to inadequate shading vegetation, frequent flooding during rainfall, and disjointed pedestrian paths. This study concludes that RSUD Al Ihsan requires comprehensive improvements in landscape and circulation design to align with green architecture principles that support thermal, visual, spatial, and ecological comfort.
